The specific approach is:
Firstly, the side plates of one side are horizontally placed, the beams, the reinforcing beams and the input and output beams are vertically assembled, and then assembled with the side plates, the supporting heads and the like on the other side to form a vibrating screen machine box frame. When assembling the beam, check the diagonal between any two beams. If the difference is too large, you need to adjust the order of the beams in time. In addition, the bolts should not be tightened and should be tightened later.
The screen box is placed flat on the vibration platform, and the four ends of the same height are used to support the two ends of the beam on which the support head is mounted, so that the two side plates naturally hang down and the lower edges are on the same horizontal plane. Based on the bolt holes after the side plate processing, measure the diagonal size of the screen box, and control the error within 2mm. After adjusting, tighten the bolts. In the process of tightening the bolts, it is necessary to operate from the middle of the screen box to the two ends. After the bolts in the middle of the side plates are fastened, the bolts at both ends of the side plates are tightened to avoid the cumulative error.
Next, it is necessary to lay the sieve plate and press the sieve surface with the pressure sieve wood. The exciter can be assembled in parallel with the screen box. When assembling the splint exciter, the bearing outer ring and the inner sleeve should be paired according to the mark, and the axial gap between the bearing gland and the bearing should meet the requirements. Before installing the eccentric block, weigh it separately and match it according to the quality to ensure that the excitation force on both sides is consistent. After assembling the exciter, use a level to level the foundation, and then install the support springs with the same stiffness in a symmetrical position to ensure that the upper and lower supports are parallel to the spring contact surface. Finally, the drive motor and other components are connected to the screen body, and the complete machine assembly is completed.
